The SLD Assessment Toolkit and associated resources are intellectual property developed by Flourish Assessment & Consultancy.

By purchasing, downloading, or using these resources, you agree to the licensing terms set out below.

These materials are licensed for use only under the conditions described in this agreement. Purchase of a licence does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

1. Individual Clinician Licence

An Individual Clinician Licence permits use of the resources by one clinician only.

You may:

• use the materials within your own clinical or assessment practice
• print and use the tools in your assessment work
• edit the parent resources to include your clinic branding
• provide the parent resources directly to families within your own practice

You may not:

• share the resource pack with colleagues, teams, or supervisors
• upload the resources to shared drives, internal clinic systems, training platforms, or websites accessible by multiple users
• reproduce, resell, forward, or redistribute the resources in whole or in part
• provide the full pack to another clinician, even if they work within the same practice

If more than one clinician within a practice requires access, a Clinic Licence must be purchased.

2. Clinic Licence

A Clinic Licence permits use of the resources by clinicians within the licensed organisation only, up to the licence tier purchased.

Licence tiers are:

• Small clinic licence: 1–3 clinicians
• Medium clinic licence: 4–8 clinicians
• Large clinic licence: 9+ clinicians

The licensed organisation may:

• allow clinicians within the licensed organisation to access and use the materials in clinical practice
• store the resources on an internal clinic drive or document system, provided access is limited to staff within the licensed organisation
• print and use the tools in assessment and report writing work
• edit the parent resources to include the clinic’s branding
• provide the parent resources directly to families receiving services from the licensed organisation

The licensed organisation may not:

• share the resources with clinicians, contractors, teams, or organisations outside the licensed organisation
• distribute the resources to another clinic location unless specifically covered by the purchased licence or a separate written agreement
• upload the resources to publicly accessible websites, portals, courses, or file-sharing platforms
• reproduce, resell, or redistribute the resources in whole or in part
• remove Flourish branding unless this has been expressly agreed under a co-branded or rebranded licence

A Clinic Licence applies to one organisation only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Co-Branded and Rebranded Licences

Some organisations may purchase:

• a co-branded licence, where the organisation’s logo is added alongside Flourish branding, or
• a rebranded licence, where the materials are adapted for use under the organisation’s branding under a separate written agreement.

These licences are subject to separate pricing and written approval by Flourish Assessment & Consultancy.

4. Parent Resources

Parent information resources included in the toolkit may be provided directly to families as part of clinical service delivery.

These resources may not be resold, uploaded publicly, or distributed outside the licensed practice or organisation without written permission from Flourish Assessment & Consultancy.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials remain the copyright and intellectual property of Flourish Assessment & Consultancy.

Purchase of a licence grants permission to use the materials only within the limits of the licence purchased. It does not transfer copyright, authorship, or ownership.

6. Watermarking and Licence Identification

Each copy of this resource may contain embedded purchaser or organisation identification, including watermarking or licence details.

This information is used to identify the licensed purchaser or organisation in the event of unauthorised sharing or redistribution.

7. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using these resources, you confirm that you:

• have read and understood these licensing terms
• agree to comply with the user limits attached to the licence purchased
• agree not to redistribute the resources outside the licensed individual or organisation
• accept responsibility for ensuring the materials are used within the permitted licence conditions
